If you're like most busy moms, you probably have great intentions to plan your meals and make healthy lunches to bring to work.
And then reality sets in and you have a hectic weekend and you're wiped by the time Sunday comes around! You grab whatever is convenient throughout the week and hit the drive thru a little more than you'd like.
The veggies you meant to get chopped and ready for the week stay in the bottom drawer of the fridge and by Thursday you're telling yourself you should probably take those out and do something with them before they go bad.
Then a few days later you're tossing them into the garbage feeling guilty that you just wasted not only good veggies but also your hard earned money!
The good news is, there's a solution! Let us do it for you!

What we offer:
Fiesta: Brown rice, spinach, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, salsa, lime
Mediterranean: Quinoa, greens, roasted sweet potato, roasted veggies (zucchini, bell peppers and red onion), hummus, lemon)
Berry & Beet: Quinoa, greens, beet slaw, shredded carrots, green onions, berries, dried cranberries, feta, balsamic dressing)
Greek: Brown rice, greens, marinated veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions), olives, feta, tzatziki sauce, lemon slice
Mason jar salads
Fiesta: Lettuce, tomato, bell peppers, red onion, black beans, corn, cheddar cheese, southwest ranch dressing
Greek: Greens, cucumber, tomato, red onion, bell peppers, kalamata olives, feta cheese, Greek dressing
Tossed: Lettuce, tomato, bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, balsamic dressing
Apple Pear: Spinach/greens, apple, pear, dried cranberries, green onions, candied walnuts, asiago cheese, maple balsamic dressing
Pomegranate Orange salad: Greens, mandarins, pomegranate seeds, green onion, feta, candied walnuts, honey dijon dressing
Cobb Salad: Greens, tomatoes, red onion, hard boiled eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado ranch dressing
All bento boxes come with vegetables and dip, a piece of fruit, crackers and a protein.

Muffin of the week
All muffins are made "healthy" with natural sugars (maple syrup, honey, etc. as a sweetener) and coconut oil instead of vegetable oil.
The consistency and denseness of the muffins will vary depending on the recipe.
These are NOT your typical bakery muffins (which are usually more like a piece of cake than a muffin), but are a great healthy alternative and make a great breakfast or snack option.
Regular energy balls contain dates, almonds, coconut and maple syrup
Flavour of the week will add in additional ingredients depending on the flavour, such as other nuts, cocoa, dried fruits, oats, etc.
Rolled oats, quinoa, apricots, raisins, coconut, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, coconut oil, cinnamon, maple syrup, vanilla
Smoothie packs include a mix of fruit, spinach, hemp hearts, chia seeds and flax seeds.

Just add 1 c of your favourite liquid and blend for a delicious smoothie!
Lunches include a main (sandwich, roll ups, crackers w/ meat and cheese), as well as fresh fruit, veggies and dip and a treat (cookie, mini muffin or energy ball).
*All school lunches are nut free.

*The occasional week will be Monday delivery/pick up so be sure to check the order form to see what the delivery date is each week.
