During this in-person 1.5 hour workshop you'll learn what types of ingredients you need to make healthy, well balanced power bowls and salads, and you'll make one of each to take home with you!



This workshop is both hands-on and informative and will give you the tools you need to continue making healthy choices at home, especially with back-to-school time upon us!

Michelle Walker

Hi! I'm Michelle, and I'm a teacher, health coach & nutritionist and I love to help busy moms get healthy in a way that works for their busy lives!


Many times I hear moms tell me they just don't have time (or energy!) to eat healthy and they don't want to make separate meals for themselves because it's way too much work!


This workshop is a way for me to show you just how easily (and quickly!) you can put together a delicious and healthy meal that will keep in your fridge all week long, so you can grab a healthy lunch on the go and not be tempted to hit the drive thru ;)

In this workshop we will cover...


Q: How long is the workshop?

A: It should run about 1.5 hours (depending on how many questions are asked), but I will be around after the workshop to answer any questions you might have!

Q: I'm on a restricted diet - will this still work for me?

A: Probably, since you will be able to pick and choose your ingredients, but just to be safe, send me a quick message with the specifics so we can decide together if it's a good fit!

Q: What do I get for my $45?

A: You will receive a power bowl and salad to take home, plus the meal prep and lunchbox rescue guides, as well as loads of valuable information and tips from a certified health coach & nutritionist to help you on your healthy eating journey, as well as a chance to win the door prize!

Q: Can I choose to make extra meals?

A: Hopefully - Once everyone has made their meals, those who want to make an extra one or two can do so with any ingredients that are left for an additional $10/meal.

Q: Can I cancel if something comes up?

A: Yes, you will receive a FULL REFUND if you cancel on or before Tuesday, August 22nd (48 hours before).

If you cancel the day before (Wednesday) or the day of the workshop, you will receive 50% back.  If you are a “no-show” you will not receive your money back.

Q: Can I choose which meal options I make?

A: Yes! There will be many options to choose from and many different ingredients to make your own power bowls and salads.  You can choose which ones you make!
