Michelle Walker

Hi! I'm Michelle, and I'm a teacher, health coach & nutritionist and I love to help busy moms gain control of their eating habits.

Before I became a health coach, I struggled with a sugar addiction for almost a decade when my kids were small, and I understand the toll sugar takes on not only our physical health but our mental health. 

It's hard to be the best version of ourselves when we're fighting a battle with sugar! 

Once I healed my relationship with sugar, I wanted to help others do the same.
