A mom of two, bonus mom to three more, and a former teacher, Michelle knows all about being a busy mom trying to do it all while wanting to get healthy at the same time and the struggles that come along with that!

As someone who struggled with a sugar addiction for 10 years, she also understands the emotional and mental games that go along with that, and the negative self talk so many of us fall victim to.  

After leaving the teaching profession, Michelle became a certified health & life coach and nutritionist in hopes of helping other moms who struggle with getting healthy create a life they truly enjoy and to see "healthy" in a whole new light. 

Many of us have an unrealistic idea of what healthy truly means and think we have to do it all, all of the time, and if we don't, we feel as though we've "failed".


You might think you have to give up your chocolate chip pancakes on Saturday mornings and replace them with 2-ingredient egg and banana pancakes (if you can even call them pancakes!), or sign up for that hard core exercise program that you dread because you feel you should be doing more cardio.

Then, when you realize you don't really want to eat egg and banana pancakes or the idea of waking up to do the program you dread isn't really all it's cracked up to be, you decide it's not worth it and go back to old habits.  This cycle can go on for years and years!

But... what if it was possible to make simple tweaks to what you're already doing in order to get healthier in a way that you could actually enjoy and you sustain forever?!

Q: What exactly is the H&H Moms Circle about and how does it work?

A: It's for busy moms who want to learn some healthy tips and gain motivation to live a little bit healthier than they are right now, and to help implement healthy habits into their hectic schedules.

You will have access to a private FB group with weekly challenges, fun food facts, tips, live cooking classes and training sessions.  Members of the Classic and Elite membership will also get login details for the members portal where they will have access to extra videos on a variety of topics, exclusive resources and challenges and free admission to workshops and events put on by Michelle. ​

Q: Why did you decide to start this club?

A: After completing my certification as a health and life coach, I was amazed at how differently I looked at my own health and saw a huge need for other busy moms to have this information.


I used to think it had to be an all or nothing approach - I had to give up sweets, eat only healthy foods, hit the gym and drink all the water if I wanted to feel "healthy".  Now I know it's all about simple lifestyle habits that anyone can do and can make such a huge difference without being overwhelming!


Having this group will allow me to help many moms rather than just the few that I work with one-on-one and in my group program (although one-on-one coaching is still an option for those who are needing that extra support).

Many of us are overwhelmed with the idea of getting healthy and feel that we don't have the time (because let's face it, we don't have any extra time), but we are thinking about it all wrong. The diet industry has brainwashed so many people into an all or nothing mentality, "good" vs "bad" foods, and the idea that deprivation = results.

I really want to be able to show moms how making simple changes to our lifestyle and habits can make big differences in our health and the way we see ourselves (and it doesn't have to be scary or overwhelming!)

Q: What will I get out of it?

A: There is so much you can gain!  You'll find motivation and ways to live a healthier life without adding another thing to your plate. Depending on how much you engage in the membership and Facebook group and try things out, you will find ways to gain more energy, get better sleeps, eat better, new recipe ideas and cooking tips, ways to get the family involved, and just be healthier in general.

Q : Are you going to tell me what I can and can't eat or drink? Do I have to give up my favourite foods and drinks?!

A: Heck NO! I will share healthy eating tips and some recipes or ways to cook certain things, but these are just for your information. You take what you want and leave the rest This is NOT a specified program you have to follow.

It's all about balance and moderation! Life is short, we don't need to deprive ourselves. 


Q: Do I have to participate and engage in the group?

A: That is totally up to you! You will be able to log into the membership site at any time and download the challenges, resources, read posts, etc.  There will be scheduled live events in the group that you can participate in or not.  Some people are happy to sit and watch quietly what goes on in the group and take what they want from it, while others will want to engage more. While engagement is obviously encouraged (it's what keeps the group exciting!) you might want to use the group strictly as a source of information to learn new tips, ideas, recipes, etc.

Q: Can I post a question to the Facebook group?

A: Absolutely! This is encouraged since it gets everyone networking and we can all help each other out. There will probably be many "experts" in the group and we all have something we can share with others that could help someone else.


Q: What if I'm already pretty healthy? Will I get anything from the club?

A: There is always room to improve in any area of our life, so I'm confident you will still benefit from the group. Also, if you consider yourself a healthy person with good habits, then chances are you have a lot you can offer to the group as well and you will be someone that others can look up to!  It's also a great way to find accountability for a new goal you're wanting to achieve, like that half marathon, or aiming for an 80% whole foods diet!

Q: What kind of topics will be covered?

A: A big focus will be on simple ways to change our habits for the better. How to make healthier choices, be mindful of what we're doing and eating, simple ways to cook our food so it's healthy but still tasty, easy dinner ideas, ways to drink more water, sleep tips, self care ideas, etc.

Q: Do I have to be a mom to be in the group?

A: No, you don't have to be a mom. Since I am a mom and can relate to the struggles of "busy mom life", I have geared the club toward that, but anyone can benefit from the healthy habits and tips in the group!

Q: What will it cost me?

A: The membership is valued at over $900, but you will only pay $37/month for as long as you're a member, no matter what the price rises to in the future!

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: You bet! I'm confident that you will see the value that you will get in the club and will want to stay for a long time, but for whatever reason, should you choose to cancel, you can do it anytime by sending me a message or email.
