Q: I'm not a mom - will this work for me?

A: Yes! All meal plans are made for anyone looking to eat healthy and not have to plan!

Q: I live alone - will this still work for me?

A: Yes! All meal plans are actually designed for 1 serving so you can decide which recipes you want to keep just for you or if you want to double or triple amounts for more people.  

Q: What exactly is included in the membership?

A: You will get a meal plan for Monday - Friday for 4 weeks every month.  You will also receive recipes and a grocery list for each week.

Q: Do I have to buy a bunch of ingredients that I haven't heard of?

A: No! We want to keep it simple and most of the recipes will be made with ingredients you probably use everyday!  With that said, you may run into a few ingredients you haven't tried before, but they can easily be swapped with everyday items or you can try them out and maybe find new foods to introduce into your diet that you hadn't thought of before!

Q: Do I have to learn new recipes for every meal?

A: Heck no! We know that most busy moms don't have time to learn new recipes everyday!  A lot of our recipes can be used as left overs and some of them are simple ideas that you can whip up in no time at all!

Q: Can I edit the meal plan?

A: The membership will come as a PDF so you can only use it as it.  An editable version will be available soon and we will keep our members posted on that!
